The rooms are spacious with a relatively large bathroom, comfortable bed, and a good shower, although having the toilet downstairs can be a minor inconvenience. The service is efficient and offers amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience includes freshly baked European bread, adding a nice touch to the stay.
The hotel is located in the old city center of Lille, close to the Grand Place. The rooms have a relatively large bathroom and a good shower, but there is no heating, even during a chilly early April. The bed is comfortable, though.
Staying here was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right in the old town, but the rooms were a bit unconventional with the toilet downstairs and no heating. However, the shower was good, and the price was fair.
